Abstract The experimental course of biochemistry is the key to develop the students" vocational ability in the medicine curriculum， strengthening the experimental teaching has more important influence on improving the prehensive quality of medical students. In this paper， we integrated the demands of innovation experiment teaching mode with medical school actual， established new biological chemistry experimental teaching mode from the aspects of the concept of interactive teaching， experimental teaching content reform， new laboratory platform， examination reform. The aim is to provide ideas and suggestions for cultivating innovative and practical medical talents.
